There's more to bounty hunting or survival than money. Not everyone plays the game to see more zeros on their screen.

That maybe true furry. Maybe I do see zeros in my game and want to keep increasing my income more and anything that has a negative profit I don't participate in.

Bounties do not have a negative profit, and your earlier statement about a bounty not being worth a pack of bullets is ridiculous. Even a $1000 bounty nets you more money than the cost of the bullets it'd take to kill the guy. Unless you suck so bad that you really need to shoot a thousand dollars worth of bullets to kill someone, and if you're a legit level 532, I doubt that applies to you.I could just sell a car for that much and more because if I shoot maybe 10 bullets with ap I still have to pay for it to get full ammo (ocd about always having max ammo). Call me cheap but I am very stingy with my money. Idk playing since launch changed how I play now and I have a mental income book always running when I play online.First you say it's unprofitable which is false then you say using 10 bullets somehow makes it an issue to have full ammo.

 

A magazine costs about $50 for pistols up to $150 for LMG's. Anyway you cut it $50<<$1k-9000.

 

Your post doesn't make sense unless you're somehow spending 180 magazines to get to one guy...and part, if not most of the appeal of bounties is the hunt.

 

Just accept you were wrong and move on...

Bountys are useless nowadays, so little money for a game economy that became so expensive. They can easily have 50k bountys made by npc's, but we know they wont.

Nothing must be fun to you anymore, at least this is a PvP activity. Having too much fun with the NPCs.

 

I hunt them down if there in my "zone" and I kill them-split the money with them.

I usually have a friend throw a bounty on me and buzz past people cruising to see if they will take the bait and follow, If I get bored enough I take them into an ambush or blow them up with sticky bombs. lol

In between doing missions and chillin' with friends/crew members, I hunt the nearest bounty available. I also still find myself robbing stores, delivering cars for Simion, Go after crates, killing Lester's targets, Gang attacks. I try to do as much activity as possible in every lobby I'm in.

ridiculous.i only report cheaters.and 110 million isn't a small sum of money.either glitch or use some modding tools,or i don't think a normal player can get much money like this.

actually u can reach 110 million by doing missions from the first money wipe and grinding everyday and completely avoiding free roam. Also using some of ur 2014 tax return to buy a few shark cards. Lastly selling dubsta's Also help.

 

 

 

Now this brings me to me my second question.

 

Is there something you wish to be added to the bounty hunting system? Perhaps more pay or different way how bounty is set And pursued?

At 532 and sitting on 110 million I really don't see the appeal for bounties anymore.

 

If I was at that rank and had that money, I would see it as a bit pointless too. I never used to do bounties but recently I'm doing them more often. Bounties are just so easy to grab that extra cash

Yes because i love the thrill of the chase, only thing i can't stand are those who hide and leave lobbies, have fun with the bounty and lead people onto the chase and watch them fail over and over again. And if your bold enough, go after others while wanted just to f*ck with their heads lol.

OP, loss in game interest is exactly what happens when you glitch millions. There's no challenge left. You ultimately cheat yourself out of a fun game.

 

And if it takes you 5-9k worth of ammo to kill another player with a bounty you're doing it wrong or have skill issues that cause you to spam RPGs as your offense.

I know a guy who glitched millions and he still plays every day. Hasnt 'lost the fun'.

 

On topic-im lvl 213, and I still bounty hunt (no need for the pittance offered as payment). Im a hunter (albeit no always as good at it as I would like) and I imagine my avart as the trident of shiva, striking those who deserve it as denoted by the laws of the (game) universe. I simply bring the game back into balance.

 

I do it for teh lulz.

 

I would like to see a bounty limit Iincrease, to up the stakes.

And I would like to see players with a 4 or 5 ★ wanted level get a bounty on them as well (kind of like RDR).

Now back to the point. You said that hunting a bounty is a "negative profit". Negative profit is aka a loss, this means that in the end you have less money than when you started. Ok yes, shooting off less than one full magazine's worth of bullets does mean you have to pay for a full magazine to fill it. But one magazine's worth of bullets for an AP, or any other gun for that matter, is still less than $1000. Even after topping off after your ten buckets, you'll still have more money than when you started.

 

As for other activities, yes, there are other things you can do to earn money faster than hunting bounties. But you didn't start by saying bounty hunting was a slow way to earn money, you started by saying it loses you money, which is what I contradicted. And I am correct in this.

I prefer to be the prey. I love having a bounty on me, and driving around, taunting people who can't catch me.

Never really bounty hunted unless it was close. Will occasionally steal NPC vehicles so I get a bounty and start a fight.

i'm at 2.8 mil. the only reason i bounty hunt is because its give me an excuse to kill other players instead of randomly shooting at them like an asshole. one of my favorite methods is to find a buzzard on the hospital rooftop or the merryweather docks and go on an arial bounty hunt.

I go after bounties for fun. I'll spend $50k in ammo, destroying cars, calling mercs, or crashing jets into them if I have to. It doesn't matter if its $1000 or $9000, or if they are rank 1 or 8000. Sometimes I go for the sneaky kill. Sometimes I prefer over the top. Slamming a jet into someone's Zentorno to kill them is its own reward.

Level 282, with 9.3 million dollars at the moment. The only bounty hunting I do is when I want to chase someone and they have a thousand dollar bounty placed on them. Makes them easier to follow...and other people chasing them can make revenge easier too. Or if someone I know has a bounty, and they just let me claim it.

the other day someone send me a message calling me a "noob and pussy" because i was fighting off people that were trying to get my bounty.
