storymode
i've always liked thinking out of the box when it comes to sh*t to do in gta games. you're kinda steered in a certain direction thematically and with the weapons and stuff, which always leads to a lot of unimaginative, predictable "cool things to do in gta." here's something i doubt anyone has ever thought of that's actually pretty god damn fun: (i did this with franklin) 1. find a really, really fast car. 2. go to the heart of downtown. 3. turn your gps off. 4. start driving as fast as you can. you are not allowed to brake whatsoever. 5. try to reach the ocean without dying or totaling your car. 6. if your car is totaled in a wreck with another vehicle, you can keep trying to get to the ocean, but only if you kill the occupants of the vehicle, take *their* vehicle, and elude the police. remember, you can't brake even when you're eluding the police. you have to keep your finger on that acceleration button at all times unless you're killing the occupants of a vehicle that totaled your car. it's an adrenaline rush. try it out for 10 mins or so and lemme know what you think. Vertighost
I find many fun things to do, mostly without vehicles or weaponry, but when it comes to fun in vehicles I like to stunt. 7 full barrel rolls in the air with a clean landing, is my barrel roll record in a car. I Want to get a double backflip in a car down, or even harder a double forward flip. Bikes are another story they're easy to stunt with, stunting in cars is a fun challenge. Osho
This is quite similar ( up to first five points ) to what I used to do in GTA SA to get up my driving skill in my free time. You know there was something about the big gorgeous map back that I used to easily lose track of how much time I'm spending simply on driving around the map and surrounding areas doing all sorts of crazy stuff with vehicles. Vertighost
Reminds me of old split screen car games back in the day, you and a friend accelerate forward with no steering at all first one to die/crash loses.
