A camera that locks onto the car wheels permanently until you change camera mode. In cinema mode, if you keep the right stick pressed up, the camera stays focused on one wheel until you release it, or you press up again to cycle to another car wheel. Been doing it a lot while soloing missions. Looks nice. This is last gen so no idea if you can keep the camera locked on one wheel on next gen.

Been playing online since day 1 and we've had a lot of changes here and there but now online is just bland and boring, this is just a list of things (even small things) that i think would make this game perfect and one of the best games in history (Excluding heists & casinos):

 

1) Higher bounties (Up to 100k) + No wait time, so you can keep setting bounties on the same person.

 

2) Super tanks (Unlocks at rank 150) , Will look just like the regular rhino tank you get at level 70 but it has Double the health and fire power

 

3) New supercars / planes / boats for higher levels, im talking 150 - 200+

 

4) Mansions & houses you can own instead of apartments, you must be level 100+ to buy one.

 

5) you can own up to 5 properties but you must be level 200+

 

6) Missions give a ton more RP (since the highest level is 8000, missions should be giving us triple to quadruple the normal rp so we can reach levels that high)

 

7) A Marketplace for used cars, Example: a player who wants to get rid of a car can just put their car up for sale or for auction so other players can get a chance to buy it, instead of just selling it to los santos customs.

 

8) Weekly lotteries

stores start selling lottery tickets and there will be up to 10 winners each week, each player is allowed to buy up to 5 lottery tickets. The prizes will be random, like a good amount of money, gun unlocks, gun skin unlocks, beer hats and secret shirts.

 

9) cool new clothes, like peacoats, earrings, hats, shirts, jeans, etc.

 

10) More Ammo inventory for higher levels, Example: each new 100th level you get to, you can hold 10 more sticky bombs, grenades, proximity mines, etc.

 

11) More health, just like #10, each new 100th your health should double or go up 1.5x.

Example: someone level 200 has double the health of someone level 100, someone level 300 has 1.5x more health than the level 200.

 

12) (This one might be a little carried a away)

New special guns and equipment for high levels:

Jetpacks for sale at the military website, level 150+

Laser Guns available at the same website level 200+

 

13) Last one, Armor that actually protects you and doesn't go away after you take 1 bullet, super heavy armor should have at least half a players health.

 

I know theres a wishlist thread but this too much for it to just be a regular comment, tell me what you guys think, please feel free to add on your ideas.

No police choppers at level 3. Level 4 and 5? Fine; and no endless-spawning-out-of-thin-air El Torro Poopoo.

 

Nerf both the freaking cops and NPCs' ridiculous 100% perfect aim and shoot capability.

 

And either make armor last long enough to be useful or ditch it permanently.

How would that "improve" the game having ammo limit? And why would anyone care if their character actual looks at the phone?

 

So far I've seen a few things that would help make online better, most of the other stuff is just crap ( my opinion )

- Remove cash cards

- Remove money from the game

- Let people keep picked-up weapons and ammo as well as 10 stolen vehicles in virtual garage

- Let people be free to play on. Be it friendly-fire-on free mode, team deathmatch, race, or cooperative mission.

 

All in all, no money gain, no money loss.

i say no on the tanks, it's annoying when one takes you out.

but the mission payouts need to be increased.

i don't blame him, i've ran into some bad user created races (with ramps way up in the air or along the sides of buildings) and let's not forget the $10000000000000 and 1000000000000 rp dm's!
