Kalerney
Thanks for pointing the differences between the two version … I didn't know the PSP version was so inferior to the PS2 one ! Now, try to compare other neighborhoods ;-) Edited February 10, 2015 by Kalerney X/R//

thatstupidbug
it is true that the psp version reused assets and texture from GTA III, while the ps2 version made improvement? Or i remember wrong, and BOTH the psp and ps2 version of LCS use brand new texture? X/R//
X/R//
psp version is basicly gta3 with a new story, so when they ported the game to ps2 they had to do a lot of improvements. X/R//
thank you aswell, but i must say that, psp version with its bright and colorful atmosphere gets me all the time, and ps2 version sucks on lighting, but really good on shadows (prelighted models). Lethal Vaccine
PSP Version = Exclusive Special Vehicles which are UNobtainable on PS2. PS2 Version = Less obtainable Special Vehicles because blown up wrecks do NOT restore in the Garage like they do on PSP. Thus some Special Vehicles are impossible to obtain because of this on PS2, or they are much, much more time consuming and difficult. Lethal Vaccine
Impossible on the first edition. Maybe you have some digital download or a second edition PS2 copy, or a patched version, etc, etc, etc...Cuz for me and like jam8tone's Youtube Video guides say: PS2 does NOT restore blown up wrecks. For the Unique Maverick for PS2 Player, you get it during the mission False Idols. You can actually get onto a roof top above the SSV Lift Bridge and when the Maverick comes by flying, you can jack it like a normal car and just fly it to SI Garage, which is 3 seconds away via flying. Then you STAY inside the Maverick until you get mission failed, then just use a Vehicle to push it into your SI Garage. This way, the Maverick saves due to it NOT being destroyed. I'd have one of the best Vehicles in the Game if it were for PS2 restoring Vehicles, but it doesn't. I pushed the H/TP/EC Banshee from Sal's Mansion in the mission "The Trouble with Triads" a handful of times to my Portland Garage, pushed the wreck into Garage, open Garage, disappeared. 100% of the time. Doesn't work on PS2... If you actually CAN restore Vehicles, then you might as well get a FP Maverick. The one I got is inferior since mine is NOT FP. But since you say you can restore them, you should get it during The Passion of the Heist. Edited February 11, 2015 by Militia X/R//

DragonpokeZ
And horrible framerate. And it doesn't restore wrecks or cars, which is one of the main gags of the GTA Universe as a whole Igor Bogdanoff
