Long ago i made a friend playing GTA and he is one of the few people that i can play without bringing up the fact that i'm a girl, he doesn't think that i can't drive or protect myself or help in missions... He treat me like equal and is so good never need to hear another surprised voice just because im a girl or being the last to be picked in the team because some people think you are not as good as them etc...etc... Before i am a girl, i am a person who likes to play videogames.

 

 

Oh and people should stop running up other people in missions but i think no one in this forum do this just some ''kids'' right ?

People run over girl characters in video games because they doubt their sexuality and they want to take out their homoerotic adolescent frustration and appreciation for male genitalia on fictional female characters. These kinds of things will be apparent in future cases of domestic violence, so I suggest if anyone plans to be a marriage counselor sometime in the future, observe the very clear connection between misogyny, american culture and males ages 12 to 40.

So. I just finished playing Chop Shop. I've done it before with friends but stay away from playing with randoms.

 

I decided to join the mission in a session and there are three are guys playing with me, all from the same crew.

 

We start the mission and they all take off without me, which is fine. Then I see they're heading to the hospital downtown where helicopters spawn. Great. They got a buzzard. This will end well.

 

So. They're talking sh*t about a girl playing with them, saying how I'm dumb for not having a buzzard. I have one. I own practically every Peguses vehicle, save for a few. I could have flown in my buzzard, however it's not the best choice for the mission.

 

They say my character looks like a slut. She's wearing a black blazer, a black pencil skirt, and a black bustier with the pink leopard patent heels. Hardly a "slut" in my opinion.

 

Anywho, before I reach the airfield, they're already dead. One of them leaves the mission because "a girl can't do this on her own". I killed the remaining Merryweather guys, and finished the mission. By myself.

 

I ended up doing a few more missions with the two other guys and they ended up apologizing and said I was a good player. They were actually quite nice.

 

Point being: Don't be fooled by the stilettos, they're stained with blood.

Again, there are people who just treat players, like players (squeakers not included) lol. But at this point I guess we may very well be in the minority...

 

I have a PSN friend who is prolly the best partner I've ever had playing GTA. Yo, we were on like some "Mario and Luigi super-star-saga/ Mario-kart-double-dash" type stuff. It was the best ... Til she left to go play Destiny T__T damn you destiny.

 

At any rate, JUST to be FAIR, I should also mention I have a friend on the PSN who is loud, rambunctious, can't fly a heli/drive a truck to save her life, and is always yelling into the mic... But she's fun to play with

 

My Point: gender don't make no difference in GTAO, cause anyone can catch a bullet to the face.

In the time that i have played as my female character i have had a couple of guys do the thrusting thing but only in passive while in a store so they knew they were askin to get shot in the face. I havent had any comments from people assuming that i am a girl because i play as one and therefore must be awful at the game and while I get a lot of people trying to kill me i think thats more because i killed them first.

 

I get the occasional message asking me if i am a girl and if i reply i just ask them if they are.

its kinda funny to see people trying to grief my level 13 female character... what a mistake.

 

the other day 3 guys(60, 88, 101) tried to gangup on me, after getting collectively owned to the tune of 34-6 one of the guys send me a message saying "youre not really level 13 are you?"...

 

 

if they're likes attack newbies , then this is it :

 

but it's a pity that you're not the " first " time to walk in GTA , as experts will have no worries no matter how many players come at them

My character is lev 140 and i've never seen a female avatar get run over simply due to playing a female(in missions).

I have been in (FR) lobbies tho where a girl says something on her mic and immediately gets half the lobby frothing at the mouth, wanting to add her and defend the sh*t out of this mythical creature. It's very sad and embarrassing.

I was doing a mission the one you have to hack and steel two cars,using my female I got off my car one random was hacking I stood right behind him to shoot any cops that comes to us another random sits in his car he drives to me and runs me over in till I die I respawn they have the cars just waiting at the drop off I guess trying to get a better payoff so I rushed over there and I just start shooting the one not turning in the car so he rushes to finally turn it in,it does happen.

OT: To the people that don't actually "see" women getting ran over. Op is talking about while being on missions, not freeroam. Freeroam is different, there is no objection. So yeah guys are going to kiss a girls ass in freeroam. And I'm talking about actual girls on the mic with a girl character.

Funny thing is, i have 4 actual females on my friends list. and every one of them dress like hookers.

Agreed. I have a couple female friends that can kick butt any day of the week. One of them can hit anything with the guns on the buzzard. Even i can't do that and im 4 times her level.

That aside, I can't say I've seen anyone being targeted in missions and I can't say I've ever done it myself. In a mission, it doesn't matter to me if you're a girl, a fella, a hood rat with Ill-fitting trousers or a very well trained dog. Why would it matter to anyone? Just get it done.

I have noticed getting run over as my girl character. During missions everyone goes to their personal vehicles and someone invites me into his car (im using female character).

 

I don't get in and go to my own instead so they try running me over. *__*
