sticky bombs and repeating full health question

Couple of quick questions folks.

 

Is there anyway to stop you from throwing a sticky bomb when youre in a car? Ive tried loads of different things and cant seem to do it (its prob the simplest thing)

 

Also i seem to be repeatedly moving up to 100% health. Ive been playing loads of single missions and every few i get another message saying im at 100% health. So am i never ever going to be at 100%. Anyone else ever experience this?

You can just switch weapons before throwing it by tapping square or x to your next weapon, or simply just let go of the L1 or LB button (just from my experiences on Xbox-One and PS4..not sure if it's the same on PS3/360)

 

As for the health thing.. it's a known "bug", pretty much everyone runs into it while ranking up.. though you're already at 100% health I believe once you reach rank 100.

Everytime you level up you get that message about your health.Even when you reach 120+. I was wondering about that a while too.
