personal plate changed to default plate

Hi all,

 

not sure if its been already discussed, I found nothing helpful for me

 

The problem:

 

Since a few days/weeks, my ingame plate doenst show my personal plate anymore.

 

when i got to LSC, and go to "personal plate" it shows some random numbers, instead of my "FRYDAY1" which should be my personal plate.

 

for my older cars, the FRYDAY1 plate is still on the cars, but when I put a new one on, its the default one.

 

now to IFRUIT:

I use IFRUIT 8.1 ión windows, but its bugged as hell.

1.) it only shows 2 of my 30 online cars

2.) its not updated, so it shows cars, which I have sold weeks ago (ratloader)

 

BUT it still shows my personal plate FRYDAY1.

Im not able to purhcase anything via this app, I order plates/parts, but it dont transfer to the game.

 

note:

 

I figured out, that you have to change your platform in this app (in my case from 360 to PS4) but it didnt affect anything. (just my two cars from weeks ago were shown)

 

does someone have a clue?

Usually having R* resetting your plates gets it working again, you can ask them here

so I ask Rockstar via mail just to "reset my plate"?

 

and what do I do after that step?

 

I start IFRUIT and can create a new personal plate?

but this didnt solve the problem, that the order from IFRUIT wont arrive in the game.

Are you sending the order with the game running online or in story mode?

 

It only successfully transfers the order if you are online at the same time.

OK,

 

I tried to order a plate while being in-game.

 

it works for singleplayer, the order was purchased and i got the message ingame.

 

BUT it didnt work for online! the order wont arrive in the game, and I stllhave the random numbers on my personal plate...

 

EDIT:

 

I found out, that the orders would be set for my second charakter, but now i have one question:

 

how do I change charakters in the IFRUIT APP??? I just can see and purchase parts for my second one.

Finally I got it.

 

I had to uninstall the Ifruit app and install it again, while Ive chosen my 1st charakter ingame.

this made show my 1st character car in the app again. the app shows only one car of each character, so I had to get in my "plate change car" to make it appaer in ifruit.

 

I made the order for the plate (+ a cheap horn) and got it ingame.

 

now my personal plate is back, problem solved.
