Saturday 2nd May. 2300 UK / 1500 PDT / 1800 EDT / 1700 CDT

Over the past few months the Sanchez has seen action negotiating the urban playground in Sanchez in the city

and taking part in multiple events testing the bike and rider in the Sanchez Olympics.
As a result, its off-roading prowess has been yet again confirmed (it was never in question!)

but theres an area where it is yet to shine and prove itself; racing!

Yes, there are Akumas, Batis etc but dont discount the Sanchez. While it cant match the superbikes in sheer power, its combination of safe secure handling and relative good speed means it shouldnt be discounted.

To prove its worth, join me as we take the Sanchez racing, starting with races in the city before following the Motorway/Freeway from West Los Santos clockwise through Paleto Bay and Blaine County before arriving back in the city for the final race.

The races will be conducted on sections of motorway with minimal excursions off-road. Off-road sections are only used to enable the flow of the circuit.

All of the circuits have been designed to be as free flowing as possible with minimal slow sections

but of course therell be plenty of jumps!

This is raw Sanchez racing so therell be no custom bikes allowed, so the racing is as fair as possible.

If youre relatively new to the Sanchez or biking in general, then this is the event for you but if you're a competent rider who knows how to throw a bike around then this is also for you!

One rule I will stress is there will be no killing or blowing up of any personal vehicle whatsoever either before or during the event. If you attract the Police, please dont engage them. Instead, try and get Lester to lose the cops or simply commit suicide. (the cost of suicide will probably out way the cost of ammo to fight them)

I will kick you if I think you killed or destroyed on purpose.

Once the event of declared over; you can go on a killing spree if thats your thing.

If anyone's wondering, the reason why i've given plenty of notice for this meet is there's a meet this weekend (17th) 'Tick's Car Meet' and the following weekend (24th) there's an 'Around Los Santos' meet.
If you're new to these type of meets, I would urge you to give them a go; you won't be disspointed.

Question: seeing it's raw Sanchez - are these done in race mode where we pick the Sanchez or do we need a stock Sanchez?

They are all done in Race mode so everyone uses a stock Sanchez. No unfair advantages to those with custom bikes plus if anyone doesn't actually own a Sanchez, this is like a starter event

But it feels lighter and "peppier" than the Sanchez. It sticks and climbs cliffs better. The Sanchez is a racing/freestyle bike while the Enduro is like those special bikes you unlock in MX vs ATV. I'll say it; I LOVE THE ENDURO!

The Sanchez Racing meet will consist of Creator races so you can join in and try your hand at bike racing so you don't need a Sanchez in your garage to join in.

let me add up to the list.... a bus stop.... a fence.... random people trying to kill you.... etc.!

 

But in all seriousness i did a test drive for both bikes and I can sum up to these points:

• Enduro might be a little bit faster in accelaration but as you gain speed the Sanchez is for sure faster.
• Sanchez is turning way better.
• I feel like the wheelies - endos with the Enduro seem a little bit more fun. (:shy:)
• Spinning in mid-air is better with the Sanchez, the Enduro seems a bit "slow" for flips.
• On the off-road aspect, Sanchez prevails big time, nuff said!

Overall I could admit Enduro is a nice vintage looking bike (like a Yamaha XT 500cc) but as it's logical the newer the bike the better. So as I am a bike guy in the game, I will keep both bikes + my sport bike.

A few more details...

• As well as Sanchez only races, there will be a couple of guest bike races to mix the night up a bit.
• Dress code = suitable for bike racing.
• Vehicle to be used driving between races = anything you want. Car, bike, van, SUV etc

Remember if you're new to bikes, these are made in Creator so you can give them a try.

This is a demo of one of the races.

All races are designed to be as free flowing as possible.

Some are relatively flat with minimal jumps while other have plenty of jumps but all are fast!

Add in up to anothger 15 bikes and it should make for some good racing!
