I really did not expect another on of those glitches on next gen honestly. Got some good cars like Worn Dark Red Dukes (Yes finally), Worn Dark Red Stallion, Worn Sea Wash Tornado Rat Rod (Hard to Turn), Worn Dark Red Primary Gargoyle and a Faction with that special hood. It was good while it lasted.

That is a 255 bodyvariant. 255 means all visual options added. Other examples are Patriot, Stratum, Minivan, Sadler, clean Rebel, Vader, Faction,... Those can only be obtained in races

There's nothing strange about it...it's a common spawn.

Absolutely. They spawn in Sandy Shores with BS0 (always have a soda cup though)

 

For a true BS0 with clean interior you needed to get one when the southernsanandreassuperautos had the BS0 glitch or transfer a save edited one from last gen

Its funny, during the recent GCTF glitch, i got a complete 255 clean rebel, with clean interior. Also, you can glitch the top lights off the rebel in LSC as well.

If you get Rebels spawning it's fairly common

I don't know. I always want to get the Zirconium Stratum (253/255) but it is impossible on PC without using mod menu.

I just found this one and thought the color of the roof is stange. Now that I see yours I'm even more puzzled.
