Is it possible to get the bobcat with the worn honey beige secondary or is a creator only thing?

 

It's as easy to find as the worn Seminole.Just want to revisit this for a moment. I'm trying to find the same Bobcat. I just spent about two hours driving around Paleto Bay and saw many Bobcats, but never the one with worn honey beige.

 

I have no idea how easy or hard it is to find the Seminole that was mentioned, so that comparison tells me nothing. Any tips or tricks for finding the Bobcat I want?

That Bobcat is a super common spawn. Just sit around at a busy junction and all the different colours will come to you. It's quite late in the sequence from what I can remember, but I've never had to car pile it to get one. Bedcap with no trash takes a little longer though...

I want that worn black Sadler so bad. Only saw it in freeroam when someone was sourcing a vehicle at the beach and it spawned there.

Tried many times to save it using the blue corona unlock method, but it always despawns. There must be a way.

I found them always driving around the docks if you drive a buffalo, and in my experience the worn yellow buffalo helps. Don't forget that you can pull it out of a mission and do the worn any secondary color trick

In other news, I still haven't found that Bobcat. The first night I looked, there were lots of Bobcats, just not the one I wanted. Last night, they were few and far between.

Well I finally found the Bobcat I was looking for. It has no bed cap but it does have a cup in the cup holder. I personally don't care about the interior, since I never use first person. But I'll be keeping an eye out for the version with the bed cap and no cup, since I get the impression that this is the rarest variant.

 

On a related note... When I was hunting the other night, I came across a Mighty Bush Bison. I was a bit surprised since I thought they were either SP-only or unstorable. So I took it to LSC and was further surprised to see that I could add both a tracker and insurance, but pretty much nothing else. Anyway I stored and insured it at the time, because why not. But then when I had it delivered to me today, it was a normal Bison with all the normal mods. I searched this thread and found out that's what happens, and this info is nothing new. But it did give me an idea. I was previously searching for the Bison with Matte Red primary and pearlescent, but now I think I'll look for the McGill bison, with Worn White primary and pearlescent. What is the difficulty level of finding this one? After finding the first Might Bush Bison, I saw two more during the last two days. With the McGill one be similar, or harder? Any tips or tricks, specific places or times I should look, any special vehicle?

You've a good chance with finding the McGill ones at the race track (construction site) in BC. Sometime there's also one parking on the Mt. Vinewood Drive where these concrete walls that keep the hillside from crumbling away (sorry, don't know the correct term) are located (about the highest part) but that's very random.

 

And just as a sidenote. Mighty Bush actually has a store in LS.

I didn't know the worn white one spawns online but yes if you can add a tracker to mighty bush currently then that will work for both. I have the worn white one but it literally took hours to store using several glitches, originally stolen from Michaels driveway in SP.

Is this the spot, where the bulldozer is? Someone else told me that's the spot, I just want to confirm. Although I think by doing laps around the whole site, I'd see them wherever they are.

You see the three roads that go in towards the 'track'? The one furthest to the left, relative to that photo, is where 2 spawn.

 

There's also 3 spawn locations in Paleto Bay.

Ok...in this screenshot, is the road you're talking about the short one kind of up and to my left? At this spot, to my left is a bulldozer and some car, and to the right is a Bobcat and a Bison. I've noticed the Bobcat and Bison there before, they're almost always there...but both are always black. I've never seen them be anything but black. Is that the spot you mean?

 

Could you provide a map with the three Paleto Bay locations marked? I may have found one...I found a spot where a Bison often appears. It's when you're coming up the main highway from the south, right off the road on one of he driveways towards the sawmill.

The third one shows the location at the Mt. Vinewood Drive. Sometimes there will spawn random Brutes, Buffalos and IIRC also Saddlers.

Ok, thanks. I'm checking all mentioned locations on a big lap of the whole place. So far, nothing. It would make me feel better if someone can say they've definitely seen it recently. I can't imagine why Rockstar would remove these spawns, but being Rockstar, you just never know.

 

A friend helping me did find the same van in the same location earlier today, though.

 

Any idea about the exact locations of the Paleto Bay spawns?

Thought it was interesting and perhaps allready noticed? Also was curious to see why this was the case and if there were other cars that were also altered?

 

Also what's the way to get the different body types for the stallion?

It's storeable but it turns into a normal Bison after going back in the garage. Company logos and roof rack are removed. I tried to store it last month and that's what happened. Also the roof rack will still break off by hitting a street sign, Rockstar said in 2015 they patched that.

You change the stallion at LSC, lots of cars come in matte green or at least used to. Elegy, Entity. So I spent a full game day searching for the Bison, no luck but there's some interesting Metallic BMX's spawning there at 6PM.

I had something curious about the Mighty Bush Bison just yesterday. Found one in Mt. Vinewood Drive, went straight to LSC, the tracker and insurance options were apparently available, but the game didn't let me put the tracker, the transaction never takes place.

 

Then I tried to drive into the garage, which I could, but 2 seconds after I did spawn in the street again, inside the Bison. Tried to store the Bison one more time, "this vehicle cannot be stored". Got out of the vehicle, entered the garage on foot, went to the street again, and finally the Bison doors were totally locked

 

Weird stuff. It's on PC, empty public session.

The part about the livery and construction stuff disappearing is understood and acceptable. I mean...yeah it would be nice to be able to keep all that stuff, sure. But even though it isn't, I still want it because of the color that can't be bought.

Interesting. I'm on PS4 and didn't experience any of that. I found the Might Bush one and took it to LSC to see what would happen, and I was able to put both a tracker and insurance on it. But the only other thing I could do was add explosives, or sell it. So anyway I bought the tracker and insurance and left it on the street while I did other stuff, later on I got another vehicle from the mechanic, then I left online. The next day I called for it from the mechanic, and what was delivered was a normal Bison that had all the normal mods available in LSC. It's weird that it's different on PC.

Not sure if this is the thread for the question, but are there any ways around the block on garaging the Bodhi found in the mission Dirt Road? I know they can just be bought, but since I have a ton of office garage space going to waste I've been going oldschool and collecting vehicles that were rare at launch with the original legitimate methods. Back then I only had space to keep my two favourites (Ratloader and Asea), and stuff like the Bodhi only got stolen to say I'd done it.

 

My other question is whether vehicle extras are usually mutually exclusive - I'm looking for a Sadler (any colour) with both the bullbars on the front and the roll bar in the bed, but I'm not sure if such a spawn is possible.

I thought: i can't save them so why don't i make a replica?These newer cars i bought lately had 'only' legal paint before,thus making them replaceable/resprayable.(Oh well maybe the FMJ fell once off the clouds ,i thought it's too expensive)

 

I know, a waste of time and money. But the illusion is somehow cool imo. What u think? Most of them are easy to make. Some worn pearled or matte rim would be interesting.Maybe we can save them one day

I have a rather more budget version of that idea from before the I/E update, but I'm very tempted to replicate the green 'Midlife' 811. That FMJ and the 'T-Rex' Tyrus are interesting colours that I might use elsewhere too.
