This seems to be the case, however it is probably better to pay for them because you can then at least sell them afterwards

and have some of your money back.

Are you sure? Can someone do the math on the expenses spent on getting a free car, upgrade it fully and then get nothing back vs. buying the car, upgrading the car fully and get 50% back?

If you leave that with me I'll have the answer later today as plan to test this on my other account, results will be in just after 7pm UK time.

Does the seawash green tornado have black steel for pearl? I think I just found one without even trying. Primary doesn't appear in LSC. Hard to tell if it's light blue.

Correct - Worn Sea Wash Primary, Black Steel Pearl

Looks nothing like light blue though, not at all.

Looked blueish on my screen. So that's seawash? Might keep it.

No Use For A Name

I was in a mission and noticed Phoenixes were spawning. No big deal, but none of these had spoilers. I immediately went back into free roam, but of course they had stopped spawning

Has anyone ever seen this before?

What's the point of posting on a forum, nevermind asking a question, if you're not going to read even just a page previous to the one you're posting on?

The spoilerless Phoenix has been a topic of discussion since the most recent update. It's now part of the spawn table and the option appears in LSC.

The menu in LSC hasn't changed. It always had a no spoiler option but car retained spoiler unless you did the spamming d pad glitch after buying biggest one.

It seems to me that it doesn't actually matter which way the numbers work out, because nobody has a choice about which situation they're in. I mean, the cars are free for me, which means I couldn't pay for them even if I wanted to. Similarly, if someone has to buy them, they couldn't get them for free if they wanted to. Correct? Or am I wrong about that?

It will be interesting from an academic perspective to see which way the numbers work out, though.

I believe you can choose to buy instead of free by unlink social club. What intruguing is what happens if you link it back.

I will give that a try shortly as I forgot my newest profile where I can buy the cars does not have everything unlocked/able to

be purchased yet (only Lvl 18)

[spoiler] Couple of mission related cars I came across last night with Don Wakita and his friend last night, not sure if there any unobtainable LSC colours in these but thought I would post them to check.

First mission played was Water the Vineyard and would appear the judge's Ocelot Jackal spawns in Poly Black as this looks the same as my Poly Black Mesa€€ 28242569701_ee5579128b_h.jpgOcelot Jackal - Water the Vineyard by Tails Prower, on Flickr

Second one was a Western Daemon from Daemon Run, it would appear these bikes spawn in different colours when part of missions. I believe this one is Matte Dark Red with Matte Black secondary but it did not initially show these colours when I checked at LSC. 27704845654_cf698d7cf2_h.jpgWestern Daemon - Daemon Run Mission Bike by Tails Prower, on Flickr

And the last one were two Albany Cavalcade's from Violent Duct (Gerald Mission) which appear to possibly be Utility Blue and Utility Green primary's? Not the greatest light here after we brought them out so will try to do a pic from within the mission. during sunlight.

There is probably grounds that I could start a topic specific to the mission cars so I might get on

with that unless you all think it should stay within this topic?

Sometimes my internet is so sh*t that when I start the game it doesn't apply the returning player bonuses for me. The Stallion, Dukes and Blista Compact disappear from my garage when that happens. Next time I start the game, they have all returned, just as they were, no questions asked.

So it seems likely that unlinking and linking your PS3/360 account won't lead to problems.

What if you buy a new car while unlinking, and put it in the slot where Dukes is? I am not dare to test but that case would happen. Sometimes I just not so sure which garage has empty slot.

I assume the free car will disapper after unlinking. Will the stock car buy after unlinking still sellable after linking again or simply disappear? That's what I want to know.

Has anyone figured out if mission cars that are brought into online, they keep their texture when you paint them? Wat I'm asking is if I get a car from a mission can I paint it wit my crew color and it keeps it's Worn or Matte texture? I'm on ps4 and I've been trying for the longest to put crew colors on different textures. Tired of looking at utility

I knew I would find the post eventually!

I unlinked my social club account last night, logged into GTA Online, I checked all three stock cars and they were still

listed as FREE so my conclusion is they will be free at all times to return players and it will not be possible to sell

them/obtain a return for money spent upgrading therefore the car will probably never disappear unless there are

issues with the content which have not yet been discovered.

This was only possible with the (patched) race glitch; you can put crew colours on cars with naturally-spawning worn textures within races, but there is no longer a way to bring them into freeroam.

There's a glitch that would let you keep the texture(primary or secondary colour only, I don't remember which) of cars that you finish missions with. I don't know whether it still works and don't remember how it exactly works, so search in this thread and you should find how to do it.

Edit: just paint the primary colour with your crew colour and then the secondary will also change to your crew colour but it will keep its texture.

It works with DOS. Only for secondary texture though as zecanelao said. You lose primary as you need to paint it crew/utility. You need to be in vehicle at mission end. Don't store it during the mission. LSC then sees secondary as already being crew.

I believe this is patched, I think in the first hours of Finance & Felony the vehicles file had not been updated for the Kuruma so hence people reported it could

drive straight in the garage.

Several of us including myself have tried and not had any success but if anyone can supply video of it going in the garage then I'm willing to try it again.

The theory I've been working on is that you need to attempt a store during a free roam event; I was 18 seconds away from the start of one last time I got kicked out...

p.s. You can only drive parked Kurumas, as all the chase ones are locked. There's a mission at the Vinewood sign compound, and another in Little Seoul that has them.

You get a message telling you that "DLC vehicles need to be purchased online" when you try and drive the Kuruma into a garage.

Anyone familiar with the garage blue circle suck in and street car will not despawn trick?

I am wondering if it can help solo car piling. But I am not able to make any street car not despawn.
