NPC Modified & Rare Vehicle(& Bicycle) Mega Thread

Yesterday I've seen a black matte gauntlet, could it be that this was a rare one or does it spawn a lot cause it's the first time i noticed one

^ Spawns fairly often - really we're looking for modified NPC cars, i.e. not just a paint job

 

I think we've seen them all, frankly, and are just mapping spawns. I'm still trying to get the Sentinel spawn at the gas station by the Helipads figured out.

Nope. It did not make a difference to be in a Dukes. But Sentinels spawn again if you are in a non public session. Just drive a blue Sentinel.

Dubsta 2 still spawns ps4

Spawned one by driving mine out of tinsel towers to the Burton lsc, gold one was parked in the usual spot. Was 14:00 on a Wednesday game time.

Yeah, we know that, but you need to have one to spawn it - spawning it other way is nearly impossible

With that being said I do believe that in many cases it's not as important to choose the "right" vehicle to spawn another as it used to be.

 

The yellow Sentinel is more common.

I saw the Purple Infernus today at LSC in Burton.

it was around 15:30, and I'm sure it wasn't from any other player since I play in Invite Only all the time.

I tried Dubsta2 hunting last week. The Burton LSC and airport LSC were both a bust, but then I tried the La Mesa LSC and found one. I was using my personal Dubsta2, so I'm sure that helped. I tried again today and again I didn't have any luck at any of the LSC's except La Mesa.

All told I collected 4 from this location, and always in the afternoon to evening. I was never able to spawn more than 1 each day.

 

I really like the NPC modified vehicles, I wish they would add more of them, even if you cannot store or sell them, they are still cool to look at and joyride.

Yes, there are two Comets. One is the dark red one that you're talking about, the other is Gasoline Green with a custom pearlescent. I'll have to see if I made notes, but I believe the red Comet has nothing unique on it, and can be replicated in LSC.

 

EDIT: The red Comet has Cabernet Red primary with Red pearlescent. The pearlescent was confirmed with the unlock pearl glitch, and the primary,Mitch no secondary for comparison, was confirmed visually to be a match. The wheel color is Alloy. There are no custom or unique colors on the red Comet, so you can completely replicate it in LSC.

 

The green Comet, however, has a custom pearlescent (over what appears quite obviously to be Gasoline Green primary), so this version cannot be replicated.

 

I have both cars stored (by glitch) on my second character.

It's about as common as any of the other NPC custom cars.

 

That particular Surano has no custom colors, and can be completely replicated in LSC.

This Surano is the same I found in that garage in Vinewood Hills. But it doesn't spawn there all the time. Probably from 3:00 to 7:00 AM, and I never found it twice in the same session.

I found the very rare worn dark red Peyote today for the first time . I only recently read on this site how rare it actually is, so I have probably seen it before when I wasn't looking for it.

 

Hmmmmm..... I have a hard decision to make... Do I sell my other beautifull, but not rare, Peyote, and then keep the worn dark red.... or... I don't know! Damn it!!

Yeah.... I think I'll keep the worn dark red, sell my other Peyote and get a Peyote with a roof. I have actuall thought about getting one with a roof for some time, so that's what I'll do.

Yeah the car was in traffic. The dead body in the second picture is the person who was driving the car. I didn't show off the front because it had been smashed up by my Kuruma, but it has the same single canards like the Cabernet Red one. I'll see if I can replicate the spawn of it. I'll try and keep it cleaner this time (as in, not smashing it to bits by accident). If it helps any, I found it driving up the hill at this point:

This wasn't painted in any standard colour, according to LSC;

 

Does LSC always tell you which color it is painted? Because I have found very ordinarily painted cars and LSC doesn't show anything.

Check Metallic.

Remember though that if a color has a different pearl from the stock pearl that said color comes with, then the color will still revert to Black when previewing it in LSC, giving false hope that the color is unique.
