I own this garage. I have only managed to spawn 2x dubsta2 and the blue Dominator so far. Driving slowly towards LSC doesn't really help. And I must be blind because I don't see any method specified in the OP.

Basically he comes out his garage and drives slowly to the LSC while looking backwards.

 

Alternatively try Burton LSC, slowing down through the tunnel to the East.

For the Dubsta2 you want to do Time To Get Away, did it the other day, funnily enough when I changed my pure gold dubsta2 to chrome, a pure gold one spawned straight away by lsc

Messing about for green emperor and managed spawn it 3 times so easy enough to do but must be easier way to do it! It takes about 20 to 40 spawns

I use chopper tail or denial of service missions. a few pages back there was a post about using a helicopter from the helipad to LSC airport with your dubsta parked at the helipad. I have tried this in both missions and it does work quite well. You have to follow the road and fly low and slow down on the approach to LSC. Try it! Sounds nuts but it does work.

The one out of twelve times I managed to do it, I was alone..

There is a dark blue/black inj., usually spawns after the grey and orange ones spawn.

Been a bit way from this thread, and I see a lot of messages about taking rare vehicles out of missions and saving them. I found the method, but what missions and cars can you do/get with it and which of these missions, can you do solo?
