general stats crash

I searched and maybe i missed it but i couldnt find a topic about this.

 

This is on Xbox one and i was wondering if others were experiencing this

 

Basically, when i pause the game and go to the stats tab, then move over to general, the game freezes. EVERY TIME.

 

I am able to scroll through every other tab under stats, but if i even scroll past general the game freezes then crashes. This just started yesterday but my friend has been having the exact same issue for weeks now. Any info would be appreciated

No way. One little glitch is fine with all the improved graphics and added content for upgrading. Why people have to be all "sounds like you guys should of stayed on 360" or "last gen problems" is beyond me. It's a game, arguing over that is as dumb as arguing over ps4 or xbox one.

Same thing happens to me. Sent R* a support ticket and after several back and forth replies they offered to replace my game disc for a fee(?). They also tried to say it was my console. In the end, I just check my stats on the SC to avoid the crash. I also have several friends who have this same issue. So, looks like it's not just my console and disc.

 

I wonder why it's so hard for R* to admit there are issues with their game? Why do they always try to blame something on the customers end?

This has been happening to me since switching to Xbox One. I've had intense, kafkaesque interactions with Rockstar support for months, until i finally gave up and just accepted it. don't expect them to fix it, they have a very hard time even understanding the problem.

I never check general stats unless I'm prepared to dashboard. I'm actually lol'ing as i write this.

I was going to say just push up on d-pad.

 

I started a new xb1 account and gta career (love messing around with the character creator) and it doesn't happen, might have something to do with transferring, or old characters.
