Snapmatic pics not appearing on Social Club?

I have lots of saved pictures on my Xbox One but none of them show up on my Social Club account, any ideas why?

Press start, go to gallery, hover over the picture you want to upload and there should be a button prompt to upload the snapmatic to Social Club.
