I don't know about the Sweeper, though. Edit: I'm talking about PS3/Xbox360. I don't know about PS4/Xbox One. For some reason the Gusenberg Sweeper is the very last gun to unlock at Ammunation. As far as I know it doesn't unlock until you beat the game. There were issues with that DLC transfering? me and everyone i know had 0 problems with it other than the valentines masks section not being visible but you can access them through the interaction menu. My GTA version forgot at a certain point I ever downloaded the VDM-DLC content, so I had nothing available anymore. Needless to say, it didn't transfer to CG either... A valantines update would have to be a big one or they're gonna get "where's the heists?! I don't want this sh*t! Useless DLC!" Something like that. Only it would be from a lot more than usual because of the whole heists are coming with the next update statement. The Christmas update was more than anyone expected I think.
