Whats the easiest way to earn this ?

I would just do it on freeroàm but no one sends the mugger after me.

any help would be appreciated.

PS3 or PS4? A little info helps.

 

Just text random people asking to send one. I got lucky on my first try.

 

You could always get people to retaliate with muggers, taunt them, send muggers out to high levels etc..

Easy way, just text someone in game and ask them to send a mugger. They'll get their money back once you kill the mugger so it's a win win.
