Returning player content problems.

So i don have the PS4 or XBONE version but i wonder if the problems with returning player content have been fixed since i can´t reathenticate my psn id since i forgot it´s password and the email its under was deleted by google years ago,i dont want to not have returning player content you know? Though lll be playing it on pc so yeah.

Well i just made a brand new account on XB1 including a brand new RSC account and i received the Dodo, Marshall & Guns
