Finding Security Trucks?

I've been playing since the GTA released on PS4 and am yet to see a Guppe 6 Security Truck. Any tips? Ideally want to rob 25 to get the tattoo from it.

First you have to be rank 19 to get them to spawn around, Lester will explain it.

 

Also they generally just spawn randomly (mostly around the heart of the city) if you wait long enough in a session, usually Invite-Only or Public.

 

Not sure if it's just my luck or not but I never see the spawning on a public lobby if someone is under rank 19 either.

Level 96 is higher than 19 right?

I presume you have been to see Lester?

 

You're level is certainly high enough for them to spawn but they are random and on an non event weekend they tend to be about 30-45 mins

into a free roam lobby before one spawns.

I play only on the ps3 invite only and have not had an armored car spawn for 3-4 months. When spawning was regular one would spawn a few minutes after starting a session and about every hour there after. Real hour,not game hour.
