Any good way to get a gta3.exe version 1.0 for steam?

Ok let me ask you something, when you say you are trying to get Cleo to work you want to complete all cars from the lists even the ones that don't spawn at the beginning with some kind of mod right???

If so what's the point, using a mod to get things done on a mastersave kind of ruins it, in my opinion, anyway next time you want to upload a file use this site gtasnp.com it was designed exactly for GTA games, more specifically for the chain games and help forums and it's a better and safer place to share quick files and also gives the user the option to download the game directly to any slot he desires.

Now if what you want is for someone to just complete lists to all the cars that spawn at the beginning without cheats or mods or trainers that I can do tomorrow, but my version is Steam so it will save on v1.1 if that's not a problem, I'll do it.

Thanks again fnxrak, btw this is the prison jumpsuit save with 0 story missions done just the 8 rc car and offroad missions.

But I do have one odd request; Don't get the baseball bat I never use it and it slows down my weapon changing
