Simeons Car List (I call it Simeons "Get me the car slave" List) is a list of vehicles that you get texted every few hours (Real Time). These vehicles can be stolen off the street, and taken to Simeons warehouse at the docs for a higher sell price then normal. The Good: Its a decent way of making money, but since you spend ~$1,000 just respraying the car, and time loosing the wanted level, there are better ways. The cars are relatively common however. Some vehicles (Such as the Ubermacht Sentinel XS) spawn more frequently when on the list, so you can get some decently rare cars when they are on the list. The Bad: Every time you steal a Vehicle thats on the List, you get a 2 star wanted level. Even if you don't want to turn in the vehicle, you still get a wanted level. Usually these are pretty common traffic cars, so you will probably be stealing these cars off the street for transport, even if you dont want to turn them in. This means if you steal one of these cars because your car fell in a lake, you will get a 2 star wanted level for stealing it. The Process: 1. Steal the car 2. Loose your 2 star wanted level that sucks 3. Go to LSC and respray the car (I recommend Classics > Graphite since it only costs a little over $700 and is the cheapest) 4. Deliver it to the docs, which is usually quite a while away, and takes a few minutes to get to normally. 5. Park it in the warehouse (MUST BE EXACTLY IN THE MIDDLE!!!) 6. Get the extra ~$1000 + the price you normally would sell the car at. So do you like the list or not? As a rule, I wait until it resets with something half-decent - usually one of the Ocelots. F620s are an easy $12k at the import/export, which is enough return to bother doing it. I can recognize which cars in the list that sell for a lot, and which sell the most, so on average I can exploit the list for the most amount of money (usually). But as much as it is useful, it is also time consuming and not as much as a priority to me as the green exports which present a chance to bore more tangible(profitable) fruit but not as often as a crowd of cars which may possess something like an Ocelot F620. The Process: 1. Steal the car 2. Loose your 2 star wanted level that sucks Also, for those of you who don't know.. When you break into a car that is on the delivery list and you get a two-star wanted level; If you put a mask/pair of glasses on, or remove them if you committed the crime while wearing them you'll wipe a star away. So then you'll only be fleeing from one star and not two, (which means less cops and less time it takes for them to call off their search). This works for all crimes as well. Armored trucks, cop killing, robbery, you name it, you can remove a star. Even on missions. It's kinda' irritating that there are so many people that aren't aware of this. Was it too much of them to not illustrate an in-game guide or tutorial that could follow up on some of this stuff in-case anyone missed it the first time around? Many players would benefit (as well as mutually) for something like this to be a well-known feature. But nah, it's cool. Let everyone play in ignorance, right? He should also request high end vehicles just to get them spawning more often. I can get an Oracle/Baller/Dubsta off the street, add the 'free' sad trombone and sell it in the LSC right near my garage for more than Simeon offers! I play invite only and for quick car theft money i just jack a baller suv or cruise to Franklin's hood for a gang Peyote. No 2 stars,repainting,or long drives. Also i collect any bounties placed on me for a possible additional $3,000 to $7,000 for each baller i jack. I rarely turn in cars and when I do they are the ones that show up in green. Just give us a toggle action for it to choose to use it or shut it off. Gotta have a lot of ways for low levels to make money, and when you deliver a car some rare ones usually spawn in the lot next to him. The vehice list of Simeon is in my opinion pretty useless. It's nice for the storyline, but it's not really that useful. People are more busy killing eacher then getting some money. I might use the list when I need a Obey Tailgater for my garage. It's kinda hard to find one on the street without the list. I HATE it when I am in gun fight situations with other douchebags and they blow up my PV. I have to take the nearest car near me and it is usually a Penumbra and cops come in and help the other guys by killing me. It's ridiculous. Its only 55k which isnt alot (just do Los Santos Connection twice) and plus it saves you the time waiting for the tailgater showing up on the list and finding it.
