Just wanted to ask if anyone knows,

 

can you still give money to friends by doing up a car found on the street and then letting someone else sell it and getting the cash?

I help people get money all the time, I either take the HPV vehicle and give them the payout, rob multiple stores and give them everything among other methods. However there is a limit on how much you can give someone before you can give them no more.

I give people money all the time. I go into a store, point my gun at the second register, shoot it until it spits out 76$, run away and lose wanted level, proceed to split the 76$ by giving 5% each to the 26 other persons in the lobby..".Um, some guy named Vassago just gave me 3$, thanks I guess"
