draw distance = cpu

vehicle density = cpu

shadow quality = cpu/gpu

anti aliasing = gpu

bloom = gpu

lighting quality = gpu

Yeah that is dead on. Also to add to this

Resolution = GPU

Textures = GPU

Anisotropic Filtering = GPU

Shaders = GPU

Tessellation = GPU

CPU will be used for essentially everything, while the GPU will be used for virtually nothing. Better invest in some AMD 8-cores!

So the game will just magically appear on the screen?

Thats why i wanted to upgrade my cpu from 2500 non k at 3.8 to 4690k at 4.5. I only care about stuff like draw distance and traffic density, which should i upgrade? my current gpu is the gtx 570 and if upgrade gpu then i'll get the gtx 970.
