GTA V Jobs are too glitchy

Seriously, not even kidding I was in a LTS today and we managed to get 16 people,then the game launched and I got kicked because not enough players? The f*ck? Yeah no problem let me mod the game real quick and make it so all of a sudden we can get more than 16 people in the game even though the max players IS 16 ffs. And that's not the only thing, infinitie "Launching Session" screen and you know when the game gets launched and you get to view your team? Yeah, after waiting after those trolls who don't ready up the game finally starts and the screen gets blurry...that also stays blurry and here I am looking at my blurry team mates forever. Then there's the annoying sky camera loading thingy that loads like 15 mins and when the game starts no one is in the game. And after you finish a race, it puts you in this blurry camera angle where you see all the people finishing and meanwhile you're there still in that sh*t after everybody has finished and left and the only way out is to go to your dashboard. Then there's missions, you start up everything goes right, you're zooming in to the map finally so you can start the mission... or can you? Again, you're in this sh*tty blurry screen, hearing all the cars pass by, you're just stuck there, and press the start button and you get your menu, and all the team mates are walking fine and doing the mission while I'm stuck there. These annoying glitches have a 10% chance of happening. Oh and I forgot to mention the most annoying one, so I'm doing a LTS with like 5 rounds or so and when a round is complete I get disconnected in the loading screen? Happens randomly at any point, has a 20% chance of happening, really f*cking annoying, it's rare for me to get in a nice LTS with a good amount of people and have fun, BUT HEY, DISSCONNECTION. It happens a lot when I'm winning or having fun, but when I'm losing and bored it doesn't happen at all? Might just be my terrible luck. Anyone else having these problems? I can't be the only one, I've searched about it but NO RESULTS.
