Can't see my GTA Dollars from PSN PS4

Hi, hopefully I have posted this in the correct section.

I am a UK PS4 user. I have a US PS account on my PS4 I buy my games from to save alot of money, I then play them through my UK account

with all my games I buy from US PSN store to play through my UK account I always use the US DLC as UK will not work I have been told.

The other day I bought some Shark Cards from US PSN. went back into UK account, loaded up GTA and my money has never showed up

Any idea how to get around this? or am i screwed?

If you're using -Joe- (Let's say this is your US Account) to buy shark card, your other account (-Joe2-) won't have access as your Online stats aren't tied to your console but your account. So if you bought them online and activated them on -Joe- then your -Joe- character will have that money, but not -Joe2-.

Aye. The Playstation 3 and 4, to my memory, are not region locked, so yes, you'll be able to buy them off the PSN store.

 

The reason you're having the problem is that the money is being handled by Rockstar, not your console, so you're basically paying for a cash transfer to your account that's buying the cash. So buy it with your UK account and you're good to go.

I bought a 1.99 shark card through the UK store. Hasn't appeared on my characters balance yet?

Have you tried rebooting your console and playing the game 10 minutes later or so?

 

If you still have issues then I strongly recommend you contact R* so they can refund your money or fix the issue. Submit a ticket here
