I don't know about you but I have never seen anyone with a Fugitive or a Washington as a PV. Why would you? Whereas I've seen a lot of Schafters and a couple of Tailgaters. However you look at it, a Washington ain't a better car than a Schafter.

I don't know about you but I have never seen anyone with a Fugitive or a Washington as a PV. Why would you? Whereas I've seen a lot of Schafters and a couple of Tailgaters. However you look at it, a Washington ain't a better car than a Schafter.

Based purely on stats they aren't "better" but for people who actually like cars there are reasons to have almost any car in the game.

 

I had a Fugitive as my 2nd ever PV because it had 4 doors, was as fast as you would need for doing missions and such, and because it sounds good. Also was cool that it was the best for racing at the time (long before the spoiler update). It works much better as an "undercover" car (much like the Stanier) than many of the other options do.

 

I just got another one the other day because I had an open spot in my garage and it's the 3rd best sedan for racing now (since it has no spoiler), so it's at least at the sharper end of the field. While I think the grill/headlights are a little derpy looking, I like the way it sounds and the longer wheelbase, and the fact that it is a bit of a "sleeper" in the class as it isn't as sporty looking as some of the others, and you don't see people with them all the time.

 

I personally don't like the Washington, but it's a nice driving car that looks like a Lincoln Towncar, a car that is often used as a (non-stretch, obviously) limo service vehicle and is also popular with the lowrider crowd, so I can see why some people like it and would want one.
