Lifestyle Points on Xbox One?

So i'm just noticing that my character is starting to have bags under his eyes and figured that it had to do something with the lifestyle points i applied when i made the character on ps3. So i found a way to go back and edit my characters appearance and to my surprise lifestyle points don't seem to be there anymore, its just your stats that you are able to put up. Am i missing something? Or did they get rid of the lifestyle area?

Where is this option? I can't find it on the next gen character creation.

It's non-existent on the NG version. If your character is "just starting" to have this problem, it could be related to the ageing glitch that many have reported since release. Do you have a picture by any chance?

There is no option for NG since you can add that stuff yourself. Play around with the features and parents
