I've been going through this all day,and I'm starting to think that they have deleted my account but I'm not sure what's the problem is.i have followed the forums with reseting the game data utility, but it still haven't work. What should I do?

So you've tried this? -

 

This error occurs when there was an issue retrieving your latest GTA Online character save data and should resolve on its own. If the error continues to appear after 4 hours, please try these steps:

 

On Xbox 360: Clear your system cache, then Hold LB + RB while booting the game

 

On Xbox One: Clear your system cache by holding the power button on your Xbox One until the system fully shuts off. You can then immediately power on the system and launch the game.

 

On PS3 or PS4: Clear your game data (NOT save data) from the Game Data Utility in the XMB (system menu). Afterwards, hold L1 + R1 while booting the game.

 

Note: This will also reset your brightness settings and choice of language in GTAV.

You said you reset your game data but have you actually used the L1 + R1 method as well?

 

Another thing would be to wait a while, sometimes people waited about an hour or more and it started working again.

 

Have you rebooted your console and router/modem before trying again?

 

If none of that worked then you should submit a ticket to R* here
