Acky. Posted February 3, 2015 Share Posted February 3, 2015 Okay, so to cut to the chase I cannot connect to Xbox Live, it chooses to do so every now and then. Here are the facts: - I am trying to connect to University's halls of residence network. - Xbox One works on both wireless and wired. - NAT Type is closed, but has worked everytime I have connected. - I have changed the MAC address from the Xbox One's wired MAC, to Wireless, aswell as another laptop's MAC (this method is most effective, however only works sometimes). - Everytime that I connect to Xbox Live, it says whether it is Wired or Wireless, tells me NAT Type but then says "Service info is unavailable", despite being connected. - It's like it picks and chooses when to work.
