Lol I'm not afraid of a money wipe at all. I gave myself 500 levels and 100 million dollars, and even had my account looked at by R* because of a support issue and still sitting on my levels and cash.

 

Yes, you are truly blessed. Magical powers protect you. The fact that R* didn't money wipe or cancel your account in the past certainly means they can never do so in the future.

 

Oh, and well done on your achievement. I, for one, am very impressed that you glitched 500 levels. No, really, I am.

I don't glitch or hack, so I don't worry.

 

Back in the day, we had this thing called a game genie that allowed us nerds to pretty much have our way with any game. The problem was that it made the games boring, and that's not why you play a game.

 

so yeah, I run into idiot glitchers and hackers in gta-online every now and then, but I have the luxury of knowing that they have glitched or hacked their way past all of the fun of playing the game as it was intended. They might have all of the things I would like to have, but at the end of the day, the console gets turned off and there isn't a garage filled with chrome adders that they can use.

 

Just a door leading to the first floor of mom's house, and another year wiped off the face of their lives because they decided that it was better to cheat at a stupid video game, rather than spend that time making real money in the real world, and treat video games as a brief few hours of escapism.

The reason I glitch is so I can enjoy my limited time of gaming after making money in the real world. I realize that you can make a decent amount legit but I wouldn't have half of the in game items I have now and probably would have stopped playing. Much more fun to spend how I want rather than how r* wants me to, imo.

 

Also, my mom lives in the basement suite of my house so your stereotype is also wrong.

Glitched/modded cash has not crazily been distributed to 90% of the GTAO population like it used to be a year ago. There are still lots of players with glitched/modded money but it's a very small amount compared to the billionaire days. It was so out of hand that they had to wipe accounts. As of right now there has been glitches and still ways for modders to hack money but it's not even close to what it was like a year ago. It's very very likely this maintenance is just going to patch the current glitches and prepare for the heists update. There's absolutey no reason for rockstar to wipe and for you to be worried about money being wiped.

 

EDIT: Remember the hooker glitch back in July? It was very easily to make millions in minutes. There is not one single glitch right now that gives you millions within a few minutes. That glitch was pretty out of hand and did rockstar wipe money? Nope.

Who needs to glitch? missions/races are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more fun and after a couple nights of playing online you can near enough buy whatever you want, not that there is much else to buy, unless you are a noob, all I use is aircraft anyway, most the time i just steal a car to get back to the airport.

You have to accept the opinion/point of view of others. Accusing others of actions without solid proof doesn't help either. Contact a mod or an admin if it bothers you this much.

Instead of depositing it into your bank just keep it on your person.

I am not against cash cards. I am against season passes to play online. You do not need cash cards to obtain gta$. I have everything I want without buying a shark card.

 

Some modder gave me 40 million gta$ during the billionaire days and I had the best time ever. After that modders went ape. You could not set a foot in a lobby without a giant meteor in the lobby or a freight train in my garage. The game became unplayable. R* had to divert so many resources to get their sh^t together, since then there were no meaningfull updates.

 

Instead they were plugging holes. And create some new. I lost my custom licence plates so many times.

 

With any money glitch, just stay under the radar by not overdoing it. R* can not possibly check all activities. Instead they rely on automated checks.
