can't use ENB after using pizzadox trainer

since the enb settings make it so shift-f12 turns it on and off, and the pizzadox trainer uses f12 for ingame menu, I havent been able to load enb since I used it once. deleting the pizzadox files does nothing, as somehow my game file has been altered so f12 always shows the in-game menu, and enb doesnt seem to be loading from the start now since the trainer somehow altered the startup of the game. no changes were made to gta_sa.exe and idk what would have been altered, since there was no real installation or any mod in and of itself. game is still playable, its just annoying that I cant use enb anymore. dont feel like messing around with installing everything all over again, so it is as is at this point

nevermind, a quick overwrite of my enb settings seemed to fix it... but now I have to redo the config. at least it works
