North to South Walk

This is just out of sheer curiosity, but has anyone ever walked (not jogged/run) from the northern-most tip of the map, to the southern-most point?

 

I can't even hazard a guess as to how long this would take.

I know a few that have done it, including a guy doing it for charity by going around the entire map instead of North to South. Overall it took people close to 2 hours or so... the guy that walked around the entire map said he took about 6 hours (might watch his stream one day to see why it took him that long, it's pretty interesting)
