Too Many Loading Screens

First it's a 2 minute loading screen to enter the first session.

Then it's a 30 second loading screen to exit garage with the vehicle you want to use.

Then it's another 2 minute loading screen to match with a job session.

After that you go through another 30 second loading screen as you start your job.

After the job is done you've got at least a 5minute wait before you begin another job.

Needs a bit more mmo style open worldness if you ask me. Avoid all but one load screen and all missions take place in the current session. Max players of 16? lol

Do it right next time, you have the foundation for the best game ever created, make it better.

What console are you playing on? If you want to farm missions, start an invite only lobby and you have like 10 second loading times after jobs.

I've been impressed with GTA V loading times on PS4, however loading a GTAO public lobby feels like it takes 3x as long as it did on PS3.

Seriously? You're asking way too much, even for the new consoles. You can't avoid loading screens. And besides, there aren't that many, and the loading time for single player is impressive on new gen.

 

HOWEVER...

 

I will agree that it takes a little while to load sessions. I guess it is because the increased player count, because as somebody said before, the loading time is a lot slower on new gen.

for me the longest loading is the one when i first launch gta...

 

after that its like 15-20 to enter a session.

 

switching session is around 10-15.

 

garage animation is around 5 seconds.

 

download speed is not all when it comes to online gaming...
