Stock Cars Not Online...

This only applies to the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game.

 

So I am seriously disappointed by the fact that the stock cars from single player (Burgershot Stallion, Pißwasser Dominator, Sprunk Buffalo S, Redwood Gauntlet) are not available for purchase in any way in GTA Online.

 

I haven't seen anyone complaining about this, and I'm wondering why? I really want that Burgershot Stallion.

 

Do you think they'll ever be added at any point in time?

Everyone was angry we didnt get them and the dukes o death in online back in november but people got over it

 

Hope they do add the stock cars (whats the advantage of them?) we need cool esthetics

An unlock after beating all the races would be cool. I already beat them all. I think we are going to get a Stock Car Racing DLC like the guys up there: ^.

I can sort of understand why the Duke O' Death isn't online, being the ramming powerhouse it is, but what's up with the stock cars?

They gave us the Marshall, the Kraken, and the Dodo for online...why not the stock cars? They don't perform any differently from their road-going counterparts. Also, Rockstar frickin' gave us two new race cars to BUY AND OWN ONLINE! I'd have an entire garage dedicated to just stock cars, as well as the Jester and Massacro race cars.

If Rockstar are going to advertise the stock cars as being returning content for players, then they should include them in both story mode and online, right? Keep the races to SP, and bring the cars into MP for sale.

I actually have been playing SP. Got at least $700,000,000 on each character. I took all the animal pics, got 9 spaceship parts left, then I'll get letter scraps!

The first Update after the release for PS4/Xbone brought with it the Liveried Jester/Massacro just after Liveried (Stock) Muscle Cars were made available as Exclusive Content on PS4/Xbone.

 

Seems to coincidental to me.

like FREE dlc all the time!!!You're one of "those" people... Don't blindly repeat what everyone else says. Think for yourself. Rockstar isn't some glorious and benevolent entity giving us DLC out of the kindness of their hearts. They built an online system that can't support players having different versions of their software which is why you have to download any update before connecting online. They're forced to give it away because of their design. Hell, we can hardly get in lobbies with people running the same version now.

Instead they chase down every dollar they can through shark cards. Also other than the festive pack, the last DLC was in September... hardly seems like "all the time".

They might not be online but they're probably not blacklisted. If the Marshal is storeable, so are they (I assume). We just need a way to get them online.

The man has a point. I'll be kind of glad when the story's over so that I can turn off all HUD and just cruise without all the annoying pop-up messages you get online (even with HUD and notifications off).

It was a glitched capture mission which one of my friends found; contained the stock cars, Dukes o'Death, Xero blimp, space monkey Blista etc. When we realised we weren't constrained to the area where we started, we took them down to the LS River for a bit of drag racing in the drain

 

 

It'd be great if they were available officially online, rather than through someone's glitched creator job.

They do. They are faster by default.

I was thinking some kind of unlock for stuff like this would be perfect.

 

I've always thought they should have reserved more stuff to unlock with achievements like the tats! Melee stuff would've been perfect really, seeing as there's many different types and they have least use in free roam, missions etc.

Does the mission import glitch still work on PS4? I remember people using death matches to import the Duke O Death, but it was blacklisted. Maybe you can import the stock cars and sell them.

Wut? O.o How else is it supposed to work genius? If someone drives a vehicle which isn't even present in the other guys version you would not be able to play at all. I mean yea, you could have lobbies for every single version, that sounds really great doesn't it?
