Update required to use network features

I just got GTA V for my new PS4 a few weeks ago and when I start the game, I get a message on screen that says,"Update required to use network features"...I tried to download the update, but when I go to check the downloads, nothing for GTA 5 shows up except the update I did after I installed the game. I am unable to play GTA Online...Hope someone can help..

You have to have Playstation Plus in order to play GTAOnline

I just subscribed to PSN Plus.... Is network down? It shows the + next to my username, but still can't download update for GTA to play online...When I click on GTA online in the Playstation Store under Playstation Plus, It wants me to click on a memembership plan and when U do, it says alreasy a Playstation Plus member. What's going on?
