GTA Online Job Issues

When I join a deathmatch (or any other job), I have problems with seeing other players. The people that enter the lobby after I've joined, instead of saying 'Joined' after a short amount of time, they continue to say 'Joining' until the deathmatch starts. When the deathmatch starts, all of these people are invisible to me, their names don't show up on the players list and their kills don't get counted for me unlike for my friend where all these people are visible and their kills do get counted. This has never happened before and it's really getting annoying now, I'm not sure whether it's linked to the fact that I always time out when trying to join a public session which is weird because I should have and do have most of the time a really good connection). I have no idea how to resolve this so it'd be helpful if someone could tell me a possible way of fixing it.

Well Joining players should be kicked from the lobby if they cant join in a set amount of time. Try doing another job type (like missions) and see if its the same on missions, if so you should send a support ticket to rockstar.

Ok, I'll try. But the weird thing is, is that for my friends it says they've joined, but for me it's different
