Gta V Xbox 360 Great White Shark Card

I was shearching for how i could buy a Gta V great white shark card because ingame it wont allow me to buy it, (i dont have a creditcard and when i use PayPal it says i need to use a confirmed bank account, But im sure i confirmed it at the PayPal site.) is there a other way to buy a white shark card for xbox 360? (that works in the Netherlands)

You can go to a store (like walmart but idk if theres walmart in the netherlands) and buy a Xbox gift card. And then just redeem it on your xbox and buy the shark card with that.
