Jitnaught
If you don't want to mess up your install, just back it up. There aren't any mod managers that manage any type of mods, but there is one for script mods. Modding GTA IV is very easy. You'll see. southparkmayor
Which Enb do you recommend? or something to make the graphics look better? Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/764919-new-to-modding/#findComment-1066906121 Share on other sites
Jitnaught
I would recommend iCEnhancer. Oh and if you want better performance, you should use the 2.1 version of iCEnhancer. Here's the config tool for the 2.1 version as well. Jitnaught
I would backup your whole GTA IV folder first, if you have enough space. Then you should open the zip, go to 1.0.7.0 - EFLC -> 1 - Main files, and then copy all of those files in the "1 - Main files" folder to your GTA IV directory. This is only if you downloaded GTA IV from Steam or updated your GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 after you installed it from the disc.
