I don't think there's anything unique about THAT specific Thrax, the other spawn colours though have unique options but they're not obtainable.

I'm so glad I did this with the Thrax and Paragon. Those cars are too good not to.

 

I'd like to do it with the Spyker when it comes out BUT I don't want to be limited in plates, you see my problem is:

 

When I first did this merge with the Thrax, I was able to change its plate afterwards with no problem. Then when I did it with my Paragons, it seems the invisible plate locked onto the cars I merged it with, and all of my custom plates for those merged cars don't show up:

 

 

I keep getting this "86WLK666" plate that can't be changed. It's a shame really, most of the specs I do that require interior colors are also the kind of specs where I create fun plates.

 

Is there any car to RC merge where I can change the RC's plate and thus have the plates I want?

I had that exact thing happen to me too. The first time it happened to me there was a way to clean dirty dupes (which are what these are) through a dupe glitch that made those cars adopt the license plate numbers from an Elegy. I'm not sure if there's a way to do that, that's active right now. However I think that as long as you don't sell your dirty dupes you'll be fine.

Hmmm. Well Im glad there will eventually, hopefully, be a way to clean my bentley in the future. Good to know.

If you're never going to sell them it shouldn't be a problem but if you have enough money I would just order new cars and write over them. There's a way to get clean plates when merging but I don't know a working method to clean already dirty ones. After merging you can take the car outside and store in moc instead of taking back in to mod shop to change a part to save it. Broontango has s vid about it

This looks like a recent car duplication glitch give it a try to clean up your dirty dupes

1. The plate option disappearing is dupe detection by plate. When a car suddenly has plates that match another car, and that isn't your personal plate, it is detected as a dupe and locks it from being changed, and usually locks it from being able to be sold. The only exception to the dupe detection is blank plates, as they are invalid plates, so they can't be flagged to begin with.

 

2. There is currently no working merge to the RC Bandito.

No. The initial car has to have the full combination. Merging is an "all or nothing" glitch, unfortunately.

Hai Voodoo! 

It's not possible to do that. Getting any of these can only be obtained from a Save Editor:

 

• Worn texture - Worn finish

• Epsilon texture - Shinier than Classic.

• Matte texture* - Matte pretty much.

• Utility texture - Less shiny than Classic, often found on industrial vehicles.

• Classic texture - Classic shine.

• Gold texture - Super-duper shiny, also called "3D" by the community for some reason.

• Metal texture - kinda same texture as worn, but is more shiny.

 

All of these textures can have their colours changed by changing your cars' secondary Crew Colour if your car supports it. If your car does not have a secondary colour in LSC, you need to alter the colour before merging it onto the car you want it on.

 

* = Can be obtained if you paint any pre-Apocalypse cars before converting it to its Apocalypse variant.

At least your plate is a bit cooler than the average plate, with the 666.

Looks good, I'm about to try it. If it works I'll probably ditch my currently "dirty" one into the ocean and leave it with mors mutual forever same for every car I do this with.

I think the banshee 900R has the center parts of the seat change color too, just not as noticeably as other cars. Also cars like the Comet Safari and issi Sport that have padded roll cages have the padding change to match the seats.

The Bansher 900R is a Benny's vehicle, and can already have its trim coloured in Benny's Original Motorworks.

Comet Safari and Issi Sport is already included in my post above

But you made me remember the Trophy Truck and its foam on its rollcage!

I think this duplication glitch is patched. I tried it several times but never been glitched after driving the elegy in the penthouse garage

anyone know if the active glitches allow you to replace a Khanjali in the facility? I'm still looking to get rid of my Cliffford Khanjali to replace with an OG version or even a Cliffford version with stock rims.
