If you used a bought car as a donor then it'll already be insured. Look at the garage tag?

Should be insured. If you press Down on the D-pad close to it, the small performance menu pops up, telling you if it has insurance or not

I have a worn silver Hunter, coming straight from its Air Freight mission. Not that special, but it's worn regardless, together with an unobatinable pearl.

When you look at it first, it may look like it's just a stock one, but I know for a fact that it isn't. Mine is a lighter than the one you get from ordering one

Odd. Maybe they've made it uninsurable instead of blacklisting it. Doesn't make a lot of sense, but not many of their decisions do.

That is quite odd indeed. The one I have is still insured, and I can still claim it back from Mors Mutual for ~14k.

 

It may also matter what kind of bike/vehicle you used to begin the glitch with.

Well, i'm going to try to redo it with another car just to be sure, eventually also moving it to another garage.

 

Might also just be the tag that is bugged.

 

EDIT: Just saw Classique's message, i used the Oppressor to start the glitch.

I'm 100% sure that the tag is not bugged. With that being said, try not to blow up your Dune

 

Did you get the Dune from Pegasus, or from your friend? If it's from Pegasus, it may not be insured (personal experience with a Duster once).

If it's from your friend, ask him if the Dune was insured before you duped it from him
