I don't think you can do the matte or mettallic crew, haven't messed with it much though. Will later.

Anybody else feel let down by the Faction? Just doesn't feel like a GN, especially not with those skinny ass tires. Wtf is up with that? Sometimes I think they've got somebody designing these cars that's never seen American cars.

No, its a glitch, tires flicks as well, game gets confused and tries to apply previous color to wheels (and tires)

its not permanent thing.

Time and a lot of patience. If you don't have one, you need to get somebody who does to spawn one for you.

If I get both of your PSNs I can invite y'all in a little bit and get them for you. Just be patient, it could take a while to spawn them.
