DLC and modded cars in free mode?

I've been seeing the Dukes a lot in free mode lately, a week ago i saw a parked Glendale, today i've seen a Panto driven around and a few days ago i saw a chrome, heavily modded Dubsta. This is in the new gen version by the way. Is this normal? Because i don't remember this happening when i first got the game.

I have only ever seen the Pigalle in 2 separate instances

Yes this has been normal since the game was released.

 

My first play I saw the Dukes just beside the gas yard and seen various others since. I've yet to see a Glendale online

They commonly spawn in Vagos Territory.

Seeing the DLC cars are a less common sight although you can ALWAYS find them in the maze arena parking lot as well as driving around by the vagos projects
the ones i see usually are

 

Pigalle (pretty much always spawns)

 

Blista compact (uncommon)

 

Stallion (uncommon)

 

Panto (usually spawns)

 

Asea (not dlc just thought i would include it)

 

Rhapsody (rarely spawns)

Thanks for that list, that's pretty much what I have seen spawn in that area.

 

I almost never see the Declasse Asea in a private lobby but they seem quite common in public ones nowadays all over town.

So, would you say Rockstar purposely do this or is it just a glitch? And what about modded cars, have any of you seen pedestrians driving those around? I know all this is in the single-player but i thought Online was untouched in terms of car spawning.

PS4/X1 version has all vehicles from previous Updates spawning on the streets.

That was only confirmed for single-player. There's still a lot of other DLC cars that aren't seen.

Saw a Vagos member driving in a white vinyl top Stallion earlier. Also saw a Huntley S in traffic near Del Perro Heights.

not sure i found softtop stallion, no roof, slight roof, and still no hardtop.

I don't think I've ever seen the Rhapsody spawn. Pigalle shows up in some missions.

The rat loader (sandy shores) and sandking (paleto bay) both spawn with pedestrians driving them.
