OP, there are many people here on the GTAV Forum who will be soooooo happy for you, and envy you soooooo much, for being rankless, penniless and unskilled, because you can now look forward to sooooo much "fun" in the game, due to all the "challenges" you will face, that you would otherwise be cheated out of, if you had somehow miraculously entered the game with high rank and millions of dollars and all car mods unlocked, in which case you would be "bored" and would have no incentive to play GTA0.

 

Thank the gods that you are a lowly level 1, and you will have ever so much fun trying to accomplish missions with nothing but a pistol and 8 bullets, no shooting skills, almost zero starting health, and best of all, think of the fabulous fun you will have unlocking your car mods by trying to get first place wins, using a stock vehicle against GTA0 racing nuts who will ram you using their fully-modded supercars, and use very dirty trick discovered in GTA0, to destroy and demoralize you. And try not to get sniped, run over and spawn-killed multiple times as you fall into free-roam for a few seconds between missions and races.

op enjoy gtao while rockstar lets you, their lousy servers sometimes ether freeze your console or drop you to single player (if your on 360 or ps3).

When you get a decent sized garage (6-10) You can stock up on gang cars in the Grove St. area and sell them for decent money every 45 minutes.

You missed the billionaire glory days, the great money wipe depression and the hookermageddon. But it is not too late.

 

Don't waste your money on experimenting with colours and intermediate upgrades for cars. There is a section on this forum where you can trade race wins with others in need. Colour experiments can be done in single player.

 

Transmission and EMS are the most useful upgrades for your car. The rest has little effect. Upgrade one car with armor and bullit proof tires to do missions. The rest of your cars do not need these upgrades until you hsve enough cash.

 

Best car to do missions that you can jack off the streets is the Ocelot F620. It spawns from 6 am to dusk around the central LSC - Lifeinvader building - golf club when it is on Simeon's list. The F620 has also the highest repo value, both on the Simeon repo list and high priority export. So know how it looks like.

 

You can force spawn a vehicle to appear by driving the same model at the right time and place. So put the first golden dubsta or blue sandking in your garage.

 

Do not buy the guns on the left board of ammunation. If you have the right level to unlock it, pick it up from a survival. After the survival, go to ammunation, put a scope on it and it is yours.
