How to set a mugshot profile pic

So on the forums there are lots of people with their GTAO characters mugshot as their profile picture. Does anyone know how to get that picture on Xbox 360, and transfer it to your computer. I checked my gallery, but it wasnt there. Someone help!

The mugshot pictures most people are using are only on current-gen... the only one you can use is the one that's on your Social Club page which you can use by just screenshotting it and then cropping out the picture.. or using a program like "Snipping Tool" on your computer.

GTA5STATS.com has a Mug shot thingy on their site but when i try and access it right now it keeps giving me a server error.
