Neon Kit keeps turning green

It seems that when I call my mechanic to have him deliver my adder, my blue neon kit turns green. When I take it to Los Santos Customs, it claims to have a white neon kit installed. What is causing this? I'm getting tired of paying for it to be fixed.

Turns out it has nothing to do with my mechanic. The Adder just seems to be defaulting to green. I tried removing its neon kit, leaving GTA Online, and then going back in and adding a new, blue neon kit. When I left GTA Online and came back again, it was back to being green!

The issue seemed to be with the tenth parking spot in Unit 2 Popular Street. I moved the Adder to another garage and now it's staying blue. I gave another car a blue neon kit in the fifth spot in Unit 2 and it stayed blue. Moved that same car to the tenth spot and it turned green. If that is the case, I'll just park a motorcycle in the 10th spot since they can't have neon kits.
