So there appears to be a Ocean prop spawning just outside of the school near the Vinewood hills, ive had this spawn in Single player and Online and my friends are able to see it. it looks to be a pretty heafty prop error in GTA V, also this is on Xbox One. This prop has a invisible box around it like the UFO and it disappears at a distance.
