LSPD and Blaine County Working Together

Is this something rare to see or...?

 

I came across this shootout with an NPC in the middle of the road, and I found it unusual that the Blaine County Sheriff was there too.

I can confirm, on Xbox one I have seen LSPD at Sandy Shores (the opposite to yours).

Thats the middle locstion of blaine county and los santos. if your right bettween them both police forces will spawn in.

I think it's rare for BCSD to chase an npc into LSPD jurisdiction, but quite common for them to chase a player

Yup. Happened to me in my hardcastle & mccormic vid. Worked out well since the original scene had b&w las vegas PD cars and blue and white Nevada highway patrol cars in it.

If you go on to Vesupucci beach, lots of Sheriff cruisers will spawn along side the LSPD Interceptors.

Does anyone on this forum possess good vision? The vehicle CLEARLY states "LOS SANTOS COUNTY", not "BLAINE COUNTY". The jurisdiction of the Sheriff's Office begins in the hills right before that Apartment overlooking Los Santos.

For some reason the Los Santos Sheriff's Department also patrols Blaine County, so I can see what OP is getting at.

Both the LSPD and the Sheriffs will spawn at Vespucci beach and Del Perro beach if you are wanted. This is weird because if I remember right the LSPD spawns all the way to Chumash at the west of the map. The Sheriffs are really far from Blaine County at this point.

But there is a Sherif station at Davis.

I always assumed the SASD has jurisdiction everywhere but just normally stays out of los santos. I see SASD like the CHP (california highway patrol) and LSPD is the LAPD.
