will there be stuff for GTA 5 on the Steam Market

Recommended Posts

yo I was thinking

I make a lot of Steam £ from playing CSGO and selling and betting skins so I got some to spare, do you reckon we'll get stuff to buy from the Steam Market for this game? and I mean useful stuff? at first I was hoping Shark Cards would be purchasable by Steam Cash then I realised it has to be straight to R* so idk

let your imaginations run wild ok

On Steam, I'd guess Shark Cards and that's about it. But to purchase a Shark Card on Steam, I suppose you would have to have a Steam copy of GTA V.

As for other purchasable items, that's doubtful as there are none on the console versions either....

I don't mind cash cards being integrated into Steam.

Come to think of it, it'll actually be a good thing because people sell cards and weapon skins and stuff like that and earn money through the Steam Market right? (I do anyway :3 quite a bit too), and if they play GTA Online they have the option to fund GTA$ directly though their Steam Wallet! It's a win-win for R*, Steam, and us (more or less)!

Regarding other items, no, not going to happen. I would have LOVED if they allowed us to place our modified vehicles for sale on a sort of auction/pre owned site of sorts so that not only do we get money back, but people can buy pre tuned vehicles and/or trade vehicles, etc. But I assume modders/glitchers etc. will find a way to abuse that :/ it would have added a really nice sense of market commodity and value, not to mention role play and general convenience to GTA O.

But they don't even allow us to share money other than the measly $2k max. we get from robbing a store, so yeah  NTAuthority! Make this happen ;)

thing is I was hoping for Shark Cards to be purchasable with Steam cash but I doubt it'll happen, I always make a few pennies selling CSGO skins and wouldn't mind putting every £ to more GTA$

Nah they wont be tradeable like the TF weapons etc. Why would they make them tradable? then they would effectively lose money everyday from release
