Cant access Tbogt on xbox 360

I have bought the Ballad of Gay tony on my downloaded version of GTA iv and after it has downloaded i cant find any way at all to get onto the campaign. I have looked everywhere it could possibly be and it is nowhere. Should it be on that startup screen which is on pc, because when i start the game up it goes right to my standard game save, which worries me because i spent half my microsoft voucher on.
