Do the mission that says "NEW" otherwise you won't be getting new missions no matter if you replay Martin's missions hundreds of times or you're a high level. Seriously, by the time someone hosts this mission you can complete ten missions and get what you want. without help.

 

No matter if it's a new mission from Simeon, do it. for Time to get Away try to stay on Paleto Bay to have more chances to get it.
